Hidden gem in Kadıköy's backstreets. The Adana kebap was perfectly spiced and charcoal-grilled, served with fresh flatbread. Very local crowd, no English menu needed — just point at what others are having. Incredibly affordable.

Stumbled upon this place looking for a cheap lunch and was pleasantly surprised. The mixed grill plate was enormous and really good quality. This is where locals eat — no tourist markup, no pretension, just solid grilled meat.

The lamb chops (kuzu pirzola) here are exceptional for the price. We paid roughly 350 TL per person including drinks — extraordinary value. Small room, fast service, no fuss. Exactly what a neighbourhood kebap place should be.

Great find if you want to eat like a Kadıköy local. The şiş kebap was tender and well-seasoned. Portions are very generous. The place fills up around noon so arrive a little early or expect a short wait.

One of the best value meals I had in Istanbul. Real charcoal grill flavour, very generous portions and a friendly no-nonsense atmosphere. The lahmacun was thin and crispy. Don't let the simple decor put you off — the food is excellent.
