Istanbul Restaurants is an independent restaurant discovery platform providing information about dining venues in Istanbul, Turkey. The Site offers restaurant listings, ratings, curated collections, neighbourhood guides, and an AI-powered food route planner. The Site does not accept reservations, process payments, or act as an agent for any restaurant.

3. Accuracy of Information

We strive to keep restaurant data accurate and up to date. However, we cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of any information on the Site. In particular:

• Opening hours, prices and menu items may change without notice.
• Restaurants may temporarily close, permanently close, or move.
• Certain content (summaries, dishes, FAQs) is generated by artificial intelligence and may not reflect the restaurant's current offerings or actual visitor experiences.

We recommend confirming details directly with the restaurant before visiting.

4. Intellectual Property

All original content on this Site — including but not limited to text, guides, collections, design, code, and AI-generated summaries — is the property of Istanbul Restaurants and is protected by applicable copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute or republish any content from this Site without prior written permission.

Restaurant names, trademarks and images belong to their respective owners and are used for informational and identification purposes only.

5. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Scrape, crawl or systematically download data from the Site without written permission.
• Use automated tools to submit queries to the search feature at scale.
• Attempt to interfere with the Site's security or performance.
• Misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

6. API Usage

The Site provides a public JSON API at /api/restaurants. Use of the API is permitted for personal, research and non-commercial purposes. Commercial use of the API requires a separate written agreement. We reserve the right to rate-limit or terminate API access at our sole discretion.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Istanbul Restaurants does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses or other harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
