In the hot days of August, I happened to visit your cafe and at the suggestion of the barista, Nima, I tried Babel Tea Mango and I have to admit, it was wonderful. His mastery of the language and the energy of him and other staff made me happy too. They don't just out of habit, but they really take time for orders. In my next visit, I will be there again.

Everything about it is fantastic. I haven't tried all their coffees, I always drink their lactose-free latte. But I can say that it's a better and more ambitious place than many of the well-known coffee brands. The prices are reasonable and the coffee tastes really great. Also, the baristas are very quick; I get my coffee and leave immediately.

Three of us went there. We ordered filter coffee, salep (a hot drink made with milk and starch), and latte. My friends who drank the salep and latte experienced nausea and vomiting that night. One of them went to the hospital and was given an IV drip. They must have made the drinks with spoiled milk.

Towards evening, I visited your Levent branch to finish my office work. The interior design and the music chosen made for a very pleasant environment to work in. The chocolate raspberry dessert I ordered was much more delicious than I expected. Although I don't particularly like tea, the quality of the tea you offered pleased me. However, I would like to point out that this isn't the only thing that makes your branch so special. Ms. Öznur's professional approach and the importance she places on customer satisfaction made my visit experience wonderful. Her friendly welcome, quick and accurate order taking, and constant attention to the branch's organization are all indicators of how carefully your staff manages the business. Thanks to employees like Ms. Öznur, I felt at home while doing my work. I hope this positive feedback shows the value of your branch and your employees to everyone. With valuable employees like Ms. Öznur, I am confident that under your leadership, you will continue to maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction. Thank you 🌿
