Found this gem on a Sunday afternoon walk through Moda. The strawberry roll cake is genuinely incredible — light sponge, fresh cream, perfect sweetness. Sat in the garden for two hours with a book and an americano. Exactly the kind of place you keep secret from tourists.

Moda Sayfiye is everything a neighbourhood café should be. Brownies are the real deal — dense, fudgy, not overly sweet. Coffee is well-made. The outdoor garden seating feels like someone's private backyard. Prices are fair for the quality. Will be back every time I'm in Kadıköy.

Lovely little café on a quiet Moda back street. We had the banana roll cake and cheesecake — both excellent. The interior is small but the outdoor area with plants and swings made the whole experience. Service was friendly though it got slow when it filled up. Still a strong recommendation.

One of the most charming cafés I found in Istanbul. The Moda neighbourhood itself is worth the detour from the tourist areas, and Moda Sayfiye caps the visit perfectly. Had herbal tea and the chocolate brownie — both excellent. Open until midnight which is rare for a quality café.

Great spot to escape the Kadıköy main drag crowds. Tucked into a side street, the garden seating is peaceful and worth the Instagram. The strawberry roll cake was the highlight of the afternoon. Service warm and unhurried. Only downside: can get crowded on weekends and the seating is limited.
